Jerome Myles Decommits from USC
Jerome Myles, ESPN's No. 6 WR, steps back from USC commitment.
Jerome Myles, a highly regarded four-star wide receiver from Draper, Utah, has decided to decommit from the University of Southern California's football program. Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 220 pounds, Myles was a key prospect, ranked as ESPN's sixth-best receiver and 33rd overall in the 2025 ESPN 300. His decision to step away from the Trojans occurred after a family consultation and a visit to Texas A&M, where he attended the Aggies' game against Texas. Myles, who had initially committed to USC in September, has been dealing with injuries during his final high school seasons at Corner Canyon. His decommitment reflects the ongoing challenges USC is facing in their recruiting strategy under Coach Lincoln Riley, with a notable trend of top prospects pulling their pledges. As of now, USC retains only seven ESPN 300 commitments in its 2025 class ahead of the early signing period.
